Australian rock stories encompass more than mining and energy resources. Rocks make Australia’s iconic landscapes and the evolution of life is documented in rocks through the fossils they contain. Rocks also make soil and some rocks are incredibly beautiful.
In this talk Prof Brad Pillans will describe some of the rocks we are considering for display in the National Rock Garden and seek suggestions for others.
