Project Geologist’s Toolkit Workshop

The aim of this workshop is to provide early career projects geologists with a suite of training sessions, to support them to be successful in their job role, which requires a range of technical and other soft skills. The workshop topics have been modelled on the concept and highly successful event held by the Tasmanian branch of the AIG in November 2022, with refinements made based on feedback from these and industry identifying:
• Typical gaps in a project geologists’ skills.
• Topics that we wished we had known more about in our early careers.
• Habits that can be vital to exploration success.
• Contractual, compliance & social license issues.
