Suzanne Desailly, General Manager MATES in Mining & Energy
Suzanne has over 23 years’ experience in various clinical, operational and business development roles in the not-for-profit, private and public mental health sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. Suzanne commenced her career as a Psychologist with Queensland Health before moving overseas and working with the National Health Service in the United Kingdom. After returning to Australia, she transitioned to working in a private mental health hospital and not-for-profit community organisations in the mental health sector in various management and business development roles. Immediately prior to joining the MATES national team, Suzanne was national Operations Manager for a not-for-profit veterans services organisation which supported injured current and ex-serving Australian Defence Force
Suzanne is passionate about developing and delivering programs and initiatives which provide positive outcomes, particularly for those impacted by suicide and mental health issues.
