Seminar details

The AIG (QLD) are hosting a one-day seminar on valuations in the Mining and Exploration industry. Themes include:

  • Public reporting – Valmin 2015
  • Company valuations for M&A, Stock-market, IPO
  • Cost of getting it wrong
  • Project Valuations – M&A, JV, Feasibility
  • Exploration projects in a time of shrinking budgets – which project to fund? Cross-commodity comparisons
  • Relative valuations/rankings
  • What is exploration potential worth?
  • How do you put a value on risk?
  • Commodity price forecasting for fun and profit
  • DCF or bust
  • Case studies – Did reality live up to the promise?
